Nude Buttocks Shower Scene May Cost ABC $1.4 Million (Video)

The Federal Communications Commission is considering a $1.4 million fine against ABC Television Network stations for a 2003 broadcast episode of cop drama 'NYPD Blue'.

The fine is for a scene where a boy surprises a woman as she prepares to take a shower. The agency states the scene depicted too many "multiple, close-up views" of the woman's "nude buttocks." The woman being actress Charlotte Ross nude.

The fine is by no means a certainity and as of this time the scene has only been submitted for consideration. Why the FCC is considering fines against material that aired five years ago, we'll never know.
