Nude Buttocks Shower Scene May Cost ABC $1.4 Million (Video)
The fine is for a scene where a boy surprises a woman as she prepares to take a shower. The agency states the scene depicted too many "multiple, close-up views" of the woman's "nude buttocks." The woman being actress Charlotte Ross nude. The fine is by no means a certainity and as of this time the scene has only been submitted for consideration. Why the FCC is considering fines against material that aired five years ago, we'll never know.
The Federal Communications Commission is considering a $1.4 million fine against ABC Television Network stations for a 2003 broadcast episode of cop drama 'NYPD Blue'.
