Leaked 'I Am Legend' Alternate Ending (Video)

'I Am Legend' was a fantastic movie but the ending left some less than satisified.

Now, an alternate ending from the DVD set that will be released on March 18 has leaked out and while even this isn't the same as the original ending in Richard Matheson's novel, it certainly would have left moviegoers with a much different feeling than the theatrical ending.

Both endings have their own positives, but we will say this: the novel's concept of Neville being a legend to the vampires, felt much more complete than the film's concept of his death being a legend amongst survivors.
