Paul Begala Calls George Bush 'High-Functioning Moron' On CNN

Paul Begala was a guest on CNN's 'AC360' with Republican Ed Rollins and the network's Gloria Borger to discuss the possible federal financial bailout.

Anderson Cooper asked the panel how they believed President Bush did in his speech to the nation on Wednesday, commenting "it was like watching him in Jackson Square in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. I mean, he did not seem to be there."

Rollins and Borger agreed it didn't go well and were politically correct in the answers, but Begala, a former advisor to President Bill Clinton, didn't hold back: "I'm going to get in trouble but he's a high-functioning moron, and that's what Congress treats him as. Both parties."
