Even Patricia Arquette, who stars as a psychic on NBC's 'Medium', couldn't spot the practical joker when an extra kept disrupting filming of a tense courtroom scene.
Production had to be shutdown for the scene as security stepped in and ejected the unruly actor, but it was only later that staff discovered the person to crash their party was none other than Sacha Baron Cohen's outrageous fashion reporter 'Bruno'.
"No one had a clue it was Sacha playing Bruno," a Medium insider tells EW. "It's amazing he was able to infiltrate the set and pull this off." And no one is quite sure how the actor was able to get on set, and whether he secretly filmed the performance for use on his followup to 'Borat'.
In September, Cohen crashed a fashion show in Milan, bringing the show to a halt as security guards stepped in.
The 'Bruno' movie, which does not have an official title yet, is currently scheduled to be released by Universal on May 15, 2009.
