Vice President Joe Biden says he's 'embarrassed' because he can't remember the government Web site address for tracking stimulus spending.
Ironically, what Biden should really have been embarrassed about was for calling it a 'website number'. Perhaps Al Gore should explain the whole internet thing to him?
