Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Aviva Bobb has made a restraining order against Sam Lutfi, the singer's former manager, permanent for the next three years.
Attorney Jon Eardley, who has repeatedly challenged the validity of Jamie Spears's legal control over his daughter, was also hit with a restraining order for the same period.
Both Lutfi and Eardley have been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from Spears, her two sons, and her family. They've further been instructed not to contact Britney through phone, mail or email and act on her behalf, as Lutfi claimed last year.
However, Lutfi's attorney, still isn't giving up: "We absolutely will appeal this ruling. Never before in history has a restraining order been issued against someone who answered another person's cries for help."
Jamie Spears has been seeking a permanent restraining order against the two since January, when he alleged that they have been trying to undermine his daughter's well-being and attempted to smuggle a cell phone to her hotel room despite a restraining order.
Several members from Britney's entourage, including her hairstylist and bodyguard, testified that the singer was in fear of Lutfi. While Lutfi's defense contended that the cell phone plan was setup by Britney to end her father's control over her personal and financial affairs.
Last month, a three-year restraining order was also slapped on Spears' former boyfriend, paparazzo Adnan Ghalib.
