Residents Spot Bizarre Halo Cloud Over Moscow (Video): [ send to a friend ]

A bizarre halo cloud over Moscow has many screaming 'UFO', but meteorologists say it's a natural phenomenon and nothing more than an optical effect.

It looks like the beginnings of a hole-punch cloud to us, with the sun shining through.
