Mel Gibson Calls Chicago Reporter 'A--hole' After Interview (Video)

Apparently Mel Gibson doesn't like being asked about his controversial past.

Gibson snapped after Dean Richards, an entertainment reporter for Chicago's WGN-TV, asked the actor about his 2006 DUI during an interview.

"You know, the drinking problems. what's been called the anti-Semitic rant," said Richards. "You know what I'm talking about."

"Ok, so. That's almost four years ago dude," Gibson answered tersely. "I've moved on. I guess you haven't."

"I'm just wondering if you think the public moved on and will perceive you in the same light?", clarified Richards.

"I certainly hope so," replied Gibson. "It is a while back. I've done all the necessary mea culpas, so, umm, let's move on dude. Come on."

Richards thanked the 'Edge of Darkness' and wrapped up the interview pretty quickly after that.

Gibson took a big gulp of his coffee, before his satellite feed went off, replied, "bye... asshole."
