The deposed 'Tonight Show' host posted his inaugural message on Wednesday afternoon.
"Today I interviewed a squirrel in my backyard and then threw to commercial. Somebody help me."
Conan's return to the spotlight comes as he is finalizing plans for a live comedy tour across US and Europe.
"If this is really @conanobrien on twitter, then my life is complete!!! Coco! Coco! Coco!," wrote a very excited Christina Applegate.
Conan's tweets can be followed at @conanobrien. Although as of right now, he's just posted the message above so it's not clear how much he intends to use it.
