Mark Ruffalo Lands Up On Terror Watch List

Actor Mark Ruffalo has been added to the terror advisory watchlist by Homeland Security, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.

The 'Zodiac' and 'Shutter Island' star ended up on the list after organizing screenings of writer-director Josh Fox's controversial documentary 'Gasland' and voicing his opposition to natural gas drilling.

But Ruffalo's efforts to raise awareness and demand a stop to natural gas drilling and protect national water supplies reportedly attracted the attention of officials from Pennsylvania's Office of Homeland Security - and Ruffalo recently discovered that he had landed on a terror watchlist.

But Ruffalo isn't fazed by the notoriety and is laughing at the thought that he could be a threat to national security.

"It's pretty f--kin' funny," he tells GQ magazine.
