Dane Cook's half brother and sister-in-law have been ordered to repay the comedian $12 million in restitution after they pleaded guilty to stealing from him.
Darryl and Erika McCauley of Wilmington were accused of embezzling millions from Cook while Darryl McCauley was working as his business manager.
In October, McCauley was sentenced to five to six years in prison on charges including 27 counts, three counts of forgery, embezzlement and other charges. His wife was sentenced to two and a half to three years in prison on the charges.
The court will soon tally the couple's assets to start on the payments.
They bought a home in York Beach, Maine, and have also invested in a hotel and restaurant.
