"'Do not fear... the Sheenius is here!' I'm not gonna lie," Miley said in her first post. "I came back to Twitter for two reasons. My fans and to follow Charlie Sheen winning."
Sheen responded with his own message directed to the former 'Hannah Montana' star.
"Dear Miley, Welcome back to Twitter," Sheen said. "Always felt you were epic... Now you proved it! Thanks for the love!"
"I always felt the same about you," added Miley. "You have taught me everything I know about winning. Duh!"
But, of course, the real reason Miley Cyrus is back on the website is she's looking to reconnect with fans to promote her upcoming Gypsy Heart Tour.
Cyrus quit Twitter in 2009 after boyfriend Liam Hemsworth told her she should stop sharing her personal life.
"Liam doesn't have a Twitter and he wants ME to delete mine with good reason," she said in her last message then.
