The 'Twilight' actor used the word as he joked about how Witherspoon, who played his mother in the very first film he appeared in, was responsible for cutting him out of her film Vanity Fair.
"Seven years later we worked together on a movie called Water For Elephants and this time you played my lover," he said. "I didn't cut you out, but I did f--k you."
When Reese, took the stage she dropped her own joke.
“By the way, Rob, the punch line to your joke was, I played your mother, then we had a sex scene, so really you're the best mother f--ker in Hollywood," she quipped.
