It happened when McDermott was sharing some rather innocent looking family photos with fans on his birthday. But what he didn't realize was that one photo that focused on couple's son Liam also included Tori Spelling topless (uncensored link) in the background. Tori was apparently lounging with her exposed breasts out as her son posed for the camera with his dad. After some fans alerted Dean, he quickly removed the photo but you can still see it at the link above. This is one birthday Dean McDermott and Tori Spelling won't soon forget.
