Miley Cyrus [photos] calls herself a 'stoner' and a 'pothead' in a video from her private birthday bash.
"This is amazing," Cyrus says of the cake baked to look like Bob Marley at her 19th birthday party.
"You know you're a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake," "You know you smoke way too much f--king weed."
Her friend, Kelly Osbourne, then jokes: "I thought salvia was your problem, Miley?"
Cyrus was caught smoking salvia, a legal herb with hallucinogenic effects, from a bong at a party last year.
She later called it a "bad decision" but her publicist insists that the latest incident was only a joke.
"It's all been taken out of context," says her rep. "The cake was a joke and Miley's response was intended to be sarcastic."
"Let me make something very clear," adds Osbourne, who also takes a shot at the friend who leaked the video. "After Miley's salvia incident we started calling her Bob Miley as a joke!"
"The cake was also a joke! it makes me sick that her so called 'friends' would sell her out and lead people to believe she is someone that she is not!"
"You guys, if Miley is not recording/filming/touring she works everyday how could she possibly do all that if she was a stoner!"
