'16 & Pregnant's Josh Smith says his girlfriend got pregnant just so she could end up on the MTV reality show.
According to court documents, Smith says the mother of his child is a 'compulsive liar' who concocted a scheme to get pregnant.
He says she him she was pregnant, even though she wasn't, so he wouldn't wear a condom and really get her pregnant.
"She was giving me sonogram pictures that she claimed was 'our baby' when it was her friend's sonogram pictures she was copying," Smith says in documents that were filed to request a restraining order against Jennifer Del Rio.
"She lied to me and my parents for three months saying she was pregnant. She wanted so desperately to be on '16 and Pregnant.'"
Smith filed for the restraining order after she allegedly punched him in the face.
For her part, Del Rio claims she never attacked him and claims he caused harm to himself to get her in trouble with the authorities.
