Katy Perry [photos] and Russell Brand have reached a settlement in their divorce.
The pair say they "have entered into a comprehensive written settlement of all issues, including, without limitation, with respect to the property to be confirmed or assigned to each party."
According to the settlement, Brand will not be receiving spousal support from Perry, despite not having a prenuptial agreement.
Brand could have been entitled to half of Perry's earnings during their 14-month marriage but the 36-year-old British comedian, who cited "irreconcilable differences" in his January divorce filing, chose to waive his right.
The 27-year-old Perry is thought to be worth an estimated $70 million, while Brand is valued at $20 million.
She is estimated to have earned $40 million between May 2010 and May 2011 alone. The two got married at an Indian tiger sanctuary in October 2010.
The divorce is expected to be finalized around the end of June, after the mandatory six month waiting period.
