Julia Orayen's Cleavage Steals Show At Mexican Presidential Debate

Playboy model turned production assistant stole the limelight during a Mexican presidential debate after she handed out cards in a white floor-length dress that bared her cleavage.

Orayen appeared on the televised debate for a mere 30 seconds as she gave out cards to determine the order that candidates would speak.

But the large teardrop cut-out in her dress not only had viewers wondering who she was but even former Mexican foreign minister Jorge Castaneda couldn't help but comment.

"The best was the girl in white with the cleavage at the beginning," Castaneda said on Twitter.

Alfredo Figueroa, director of the Federal Electoral Institute responsible for organizing the debate, insisted he had asked for a model in a "sober dress" and blamed her for "distracting" the public from the issues.

The commission put out a statement soon after apologizing for the "production error associated with the clothing of one of the assistants during the first presidential debate."

"It was my only choice for a long dress," said Orayen. "I didn't think it would reveal as much or cause this much scandal."

Orayen posed nude (uncensored link) for the Mexican edition of Playboy in 2008.
