TNT has renewed 'Dallas' for its second season and 'Rizzoli & Isles' its fourth.
'Dallas', which has been averaging a stellar 6.9 million viewers, has been handed a 15-episode season two.
"Dallas has been a success for us on every level: pitch-perfect writing, smart directing and buzz-worthy performances by a new generation of stars and their iconic counterparts," says Michael Wright, president and head of programming for TNT.
"With Dallas' top-flight ratings, robust growth through time-shifted viewing and the extensive online buzz, it's clear the Ewings of Southfork have once again captured the imagination of viewers."
Currently the continuation of the classic drama that ran from 1978 to 1991 is ranked as the No. 1 new series on basic cable.
Meanwhile, 'Rizzoli & Isles', starring Angie Harmon as police detective Jane Rizzoli and Sasha Alexander as medical examiner Dr. Maura Isles, will also get a 15-episode fourth season after delivering strong numbers for a third year.
