AMC has released a two minute clip from the season five premiere of 'Breaking Bad'.
The clip shows Walter Jr's reaction to the death of Gus Fring as he and mother Skyler rejoin Walter at home.
'Breaking Bad's highly anticipated return, which will set in motion Walter White being hailed as the new meth king, kicks off July 15 at 10 PM.
Meanwhile, die hard 'Breaking Bad' fans will know that FX originally turned down the show before it was picked up by AMC. It's been one of the cable network's biggest hits, so why exactly did FX pass on the show?
"We had three dramas with male antiheroes and we looked at that script and said, ‘Okay, so here's a fourth male antihero,'" explains FX president John Landgraf. "The question was: 'Are we defining FX as the male antihero network and is that a big enough tent?'"
"Look, it was a wonderful script. If I had known Vince Gilligan was going to be one of the best showrunners in television, and Breaking Bad was going to be literally one of the very best shows in television, I would have picked it up despite the concept," he admits.
"But the truth of the matter is anybody who does what I do for a living, who's honest, will tell you that you're making decisions based on too little information all the time, and you make good ones and you make bad ones."
