Forbes has unveiled its annual list of highest paid TV actress and 'Modern Family' star Sofia Vergara [photos] tops the list with $19 million.
Vergara narrowly beat out Kim Kardashian [photos], who had a banner year in terms of viewership for her reality show 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' and the wedding special that was watched by over 10 million viewers.
Her sister, Khloe, who has her own spin-off series 'Khloe & Lamar, also made the list in fifth with $11 million.
Proving endorsement deals are the most lucrative, the 40-year-old Vergara earned the $19 million largely in part to being the face of everyone from Cover Girl and Diet Pepsi to Burger King in Spain. She also earned a $7 million advance for her Kmart clothing line in 2012.
Eva Longoria [photos], who wrapped up on 'Desperate Housewives' eight-season run this spring, placed third on the list. She earned $375,000 per episode on the ABC series, and has a reality and scripted series in production. Longoria has endorsement deals with L'Oreal Paris and Pepsi.
