Cuba Gooding Jr. is being sought by police in New Orleans for allegedly shoving a female bartender on Tuesday.
The 44-year-old was the The Olde Absinthe House on Bourbon Street with a group of friends when he flipped out on some tourists trying to take his photo.
"Gooding soon became very aggravated with them," New Orleans police said in a statement.
The bartender came over and asked Gooding to "calm down," but the actor "pushed her away with an open hand."
At that point, one of the bartender's co-workers called 911. When the unidentified bartender told Gooding the cops were coming, he "allegedly pushed her again, and left the bar."
Gooding, who is currently filming 'The Butler' in the city, is now wanted for municipal battery. The film, which also stars Liam Neeson, Nicole Kidman, Oprah Winfrey and Lenny Kravitz, tells the tale of a White House butler who served eight presidents over three decades.
