Amanda Bynes says despite her numerous driving violations and court dates, she's doing just fine.
"I am doing amazing," she tells 'People' magazine. "I am retired as an actor. I am moving to New York to launch my career. I am going to do a fashion line."
"I am not talking about being arrested for DUI because I don't drink, and I don't drink and drive. It is all false."
The 26-year-old was charged with DUI in June and two counts of hit-and-run earlier this month.
Her car was impounded on Monday after she was found on the road days even though she was ordered not to drive by a judge.
Her license remains suspended and her court date on the charges have been scheduled for October 29.
