'Survivor: Nicaragua's Dan Sells His House For $6.75 Million
'Survivor: Nicaragua' contestant Daniel Lembo, who commented a couple of weeks ago that he didn't really need the money, wasn't lying. Dan has sold his seven-bedroom, 8 and half-bath mansion in Water Mill for $6.75 million, according to public records and the Long Island Real Estate Report. The 2.7-acre estate features an 11,000-square-foot cedar shake home with a movie theater, a billiard room with a wet bar, a sauna and a gym. It also includes a pool house with a heated pool and spa, a tennis court and a three-car garage. Dan, a real estate executive, made the comment as he lamented about his bad knees and the conditions on 'Survivor'.
